At ACTIV, you can expect to be introduced to family offices, high net worth individuals, venture funds, advisors, CIOs and CSOs from leagues and teams in the professional and collegiate space, complimentary brands, and the who’s who of sports tech innovation.
All stages of investors will be in attendance. It is ACTIV's primary objective to curate deal flow for the investors and meaningful introductions to the sports tech founders.
Requesting an invite does NOT secure your ticket. We want to respect the spirit of the event and to do so, you must be an investor, brand or league executive, or startup founder.
We will send all attendees a form to complete 2 weeks prior to the event and hand-curate a lunch meeting on day 2.
Unless previously agreed with our team, we ask that you not bring any custom banners, booth setups, or pop-ups.
6' x 6' designated area, 36" x 90" fabric banner (designed by ACTIV), 20" highboy table, access to at least 2 power outlets, hi-speed WiFi (min. 4 mbps per attendee), and trash pickup
ACTIV will work with the exhibitors on booth location. As ACTIV continues to bring in new startups, funds, and networking event space partners, we want to make sure that we are providing strategic placement of exhibitors according to tracks and appropriate meeting spaces.
Unless otherwise approved by ACTIV, these are the only items you can add to your booth: laptop(s), monitor for highboy (no bigger than 27"), TV with stand (no wider than 40", can be vertically mounted), extra marketing material that could sit on 20" highboy table, no custom backdrops / banners
Unless otherwise approved by ACTIV, all load is from 8am - 11am April 14
All load out can begin at 6pm on April 15, but can also be 8am - noon on April 16
